Hi-End Logistics provides both domestic and international freight transport by road. While we strive to deliver goods on time and in excellent condition, certain factors such as traffic delays, severe weather, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times. We cannot be held liable for delays or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate collection and delivery details, as well as ensuring goods are properly packaged. Restricted or prohibited items must not be shipped through our service. Should goods be found to breach UK or international shipping regulations, the responsibility remains solely with the customer.
All payments must be settled prior to delivery unless a written agreement has been made for alternative arrangements. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services or the application of additional charges. If you wish to amend or cancel a booking, you must inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled collection. Cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

4. Refund Policy
At Hi-End Logistics Ltd, we understand that plans may change, and we aim to make the cancellation and refund process straightforward.
Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled collection time. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the collection, a cancellation fee of 25% may apply to cover administrative and operational costs.
Refunds will be processed within seven business days and will be returned to the original method of payment. Refunds are available in cases of duplicate payments, overpayments, or if services are cancelled within the permitted timeframe.
Please note that services already in progress, completed deliveries, or charges relating to customs duties, permits, and third-party providers cannot be refunded.
